Data dropouts

Hi support,
This morning I am noticing fairly frequent data drop outs on my connection to SC exchange data feed / CTS Fix connection.
Disconnection ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes.

Log of most recent disconnection attached for information, please advise if there are any steps to be taken at my end.

I am not seeing evidence of disconnection on alternative broker feed, so would assume that this rules out a local problem?

This should now be resolved. There was a problem with one of the software updates. If you have any further problem let us know.

We will do it more deeper examination of the problem after the close.

More likely you would be experiencing a disconnect with CTS itself or some other connectivity issue. But not the same problem.

We are no longer seeing any problem with the Sierra Chart exchange data feed itself. We are monitoring the two servers we have for this data feed.
