Hi support, This morning I am noticing fairly frequent data drop outs on my connection to SC exchange data feed / CTS Fix connection. Disconnection ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes. Log of most recent disconnection attached for information, please advise if there are any steps to be taken at my end. I am not seeing evidence of disconnection on alternative broker feed, so would assume that this rules out a local problem? Thanks |
