Server side OCO orders & Trailing Stops

I want to Execute a OCO Buy order with 1 Target and 1 Trailing Stop, I will be using Rithmic that supports Server side OCO orders. So after the Primary OCO Buy order executes, do you send BOTH the Target and the Trailing orders to the exchange OR do you send the Target order only and manage the Trailing locally on Sierra? |
