Hi everything works fine apart from one chart that's NQ E MINI NASDAQ 100 it the date is up till 2018 I tried to change date but its not letting me to change it. it would be great if someone from support team can have a look into it

Date and time not accurate on NQ Chart and I tried to change it but its not allowing me to change it manually ethier I need remote assistance to have a look into it

You cannot use just NQ for the symbol in the case of a futures contract. You need to specify the contract month and year. For the current contract that would be NQH19.
