I have had the "M" data for over a year, now whenever I update I lose it, also the trades now get filled very slow. I watch the stop get hit and wait 5 seconds as in the past it was instant. I know how to set it up as I have in the past just not sure why it goes away on a upgrade. I also downloaded a old backup and I can see the M fine until its updated.

I have had the "M" data for over a year, You are still receiving the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. There was a problem with the displaying of the [M] but it has been resolved in the latest release. Update following these instructions:Software Download: Fast Update also the trades now get filled very slow. Ask Interactive Brokers about this. Unless Sierra Chart is under a noticeably heavy load, this could not be on the Sierra Chart side. If Sierra Chart seems to be sluggish, refer to help topic 30: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
