Price goes past top of chart

Sometimes the price bars go past the top of the screen. I can't pull them down. the only way I can get them down is to compress the prices on the right hand side of the chart. But then things get so small that studies can be hard to see. And the prices and studies are stuck near the top.how can I pull the prices and studies down when they go over the top or bottom. Sometimes it happen on the bottom of the screen
