Limitations on scrolling into past..

Hello SC support, I have a chart setup to a daily time frame and I am scrolling back but can only get up to a certain point until it doesn't let me scroll back any further (about 7 months) - is there any way to scroll back further without sacrificing the detail of the daily time frame? |
