1. When I login to my Sierra Account I am not getting any data. No price movement on charts or Dom. Please advise remedy. 2 . I have entered a trading Combine with Topstep trader and opted for Sierra Charts. I received login credentials from Topstep but I CANNOT access Sierra charts with these credentials...invalid username/password. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO LOGIN TO MY TOPSTEP TRADER ACCOUNT. Thanks. 3. I CANNOT find the same indexes on Sierra as I trade on my Infinity AT dom. Please advise if Sierra have the same e-mini futures contracts for the Nasdaq ((NQ9H), The Russell (RTYH9), the Dow (YMH9), and the S & P (ESH9) I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your response. 1. I confirm that top-step is CTS system. CAN YOU PLEASE CONFIRM THAT SIERRA WILL NOW BE ABLE TO ALLOW ME TO LOG INTO MY TOPSTEP ACCOUNT? THANK YOU. 2. Yes I can login to Sierra chart BUT NO LIVE DATA!!!! Can you please RECTIFY this. 3. Please advise me of Sierra Charts symbols for E-mini Nasdaq, S&P, Russell 2000, and Dow. I CANNOT FIND THEM. Thanks. Your definitive response to my issues would be most welcome as I am currently unable to trade until these are resolved. |
