Connecting Problems whit Rithmic

Hello

Yesterday, I sent a request to ts@ampclearing.com over the Connecting Problems to Rithmic. The Chat asked me to write at the technical support ('ts@ampclearing.com'). When will I get an answer? The chat history was as follows:

We have had lots of customers in Europe who had problems connecting directly, and found that by connecting to an in region gateway they had better results.
I don't know how to connect to Frankfurt using Sierra Charts, but I think it can be done. With R|Trader you select System Rithmic 01, Gateway Frankfurt. But AMP is in Chicago?

You can control the particular Rithmic server to connect to through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Server.

Reconnect to the data feed after changing that setting:
