Please see attachment. This is how my screen looks after loading back the Chartbook after installing V1862 (I never upgraded since first install 2 weeks back and thought to give it a try). After this happened I went back to V1859, was so smart to enter Yes at Save Y/N ? (ugh) and now I seem to be stuck in something I don't know where to start to solve it.

Days loaded was and is at 5.

I can see that clearing the Chart, selecting the Symbol again and load back something which resembles my study (with the notice that I do all from ACSIL), will reset things to a normal time scale. But the Chartbook remains "corrupted". I rather like to know how to correct this in normal fashion, than setting up things from the start, which I obviously can't have in real life.

I saved and loaded Charts a 1000 times by now, so it is really the upgrade which messed up (well, that's how I call it for now).

Internally the study is still running (the Messagelog tells me).

Previous version was 1853 (as far as I can tell). Please let me know soon what to do (if anything) because I want to proceed but am stuck now.

I also attached the portion of the log of the startup of 1853 (I think the log of the start of 1862 has been lost ?).
Sequence as far as I recall it :
- Download Prerelease;
- Are you sure etc. ? Yes
- Save ? Yes
- Done - Click Close (done)
- Auto restart.
- I am NOT sure whether I had to reload the Chartbook. But possibly I just did like normal.
- Attached screenshot is the result.

Edit : And in case you are not able to see it, there is no horizontal scroll bar.

I am sure you were just going to help me, but ...
I just found the (Sierra) bug. Preparing some data now. Or hopefully how to avoid it (currently I can't work any more).

We do not want any data for you. With all of these very long and drawn out support requests from you, we will have to start charging you 50 USD per hour for your support. There definitively is no bug and we do not want to hear that from you. Do not post anything further.

Chart Session Times
In the case where the Start Time is less than End Time, then there is never an adjustment to the trading day date of the bar.

Is what you see in the attachments a feature ?
(no bug, no need to solve anything)

I am really sorry to bother you so much. And if you feel you should charge me for having questions as a new paying customer, then you must do so. I suppose I'll survive.

You have provided screenshots of three different Chart Settings and they are set to show data for each day ranging from 1 minute, 30 seconds or 1 second.

For now just use Session Times of 0:00:00 and 23:59:59.

This was to show you without too many long-winded wording what the issue appeared to be after this upgrade. Btw, I now hardly dare to say anything any more.

What must have happened after that upgrade is that I there abusively entered 22:59:59 while it should have been 23:00:01 (while for 100% sure the start time was 16:00 or about that from previous day testing).
What I showed with the latter 3 screenshots is that when the chart time-period is shorter than what the time-period implies, it starts to show the future. So the fewer time to show (like one second only) the more of the future shows.

Now knowing what happened I would never call this a bug and merely pilot error (me) which can't be withstanded by any software. Please leave it be, because your work is great as it is.
