"Double Click On Drawing Brings Up Properties" doesn't work.

Global Settings > Tool Settings > General tab: "Double Click On Drawing Brings Up Properties" doesn't work. Double clicking on a drawing either does a "Cut Drawing Here" or it will sometimes reverse the direction of the drawing like in the case of a ray. Very weird and un-intuitive behavior that was not here before. |

Make sure you have Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Support Drag for Drawing Creation/Modification disabled. Also make sure that Tools >> Pointer is selected before doing a double-click operation. Otherwise we see no problem with this at all. Nothing like you describe. Even what you describe is not even reproducible when that option is enabled. Other than the Chart Drawing Properties cannot be opened with a double-click with that option.
