need help with bid/ask size columns

Hi. I have activated data feed for 100real-time symbols + full CME group with market depth and trading account in Tradovate brocker. Now when i connect to SC data feed and start replay then i see in bid/ask size columns in DOM 1/1

You need to record the Market Depth in order to see it during a replay. Thank you for answer. Thees settings i have already done and current trade volume with recent volmue is normal but market depth is still not showing.

The only other thing we can think to check is to make sure that you have the correct columns displayed for the Buy and Sell sides. There are two different columns types that replace one another - on the Buy side they are called Buy Order Column and Bid Size/Buy Column. Ensure that you have the Bid Size/Buy Column and Ask Size/Sell Column selected for the displayed columns, otherwise the Market Depth will not be shown. Ok, we need to step back to basics then, as we really do not know why this is happening. First, this should not have any impact, but we notice that you have the Trade and Current Quote Symbol set to the same symbol as the main chart. There is no reason to have this, so you can remove that entry from Chart >> Chart Settings. Second, do you have the full Market Depth displaying when you are not running a replay? If not, then we will need to figure that out first. If this is only an issue during replay, then let us know for sure.
