TPO and Number Chart not working

I need your help. My TPO and Number charts are not showing. I've tried automatic scale and do a fresh screen by loading just TPO study alone but still, the problem persists. I also created a new chartbook and applied Numberbars study alone. Still, nothing showed up. With TPO study alone, the same result. It is blank.

All other charts are working fine. All are working fine yesterday and the other week. I didn't change anything.

Need answers asap...Thanks!

I also tried looking for solutions based on what is posted in the link below...Nothing works!

TPO charts not working


All other charts (tick/minutes) with overlay studies are working fine. The problem seems to be limit to trying to display TPO or Number chart. I am still not able to display TPO or Number chart on new Chartbook or on my old chartbook. Still appearing blank!

You need to use the advanced service package for these studies.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

It looks like when you renewed your account yesterday that you selected Package 3 instead of Package 5. You need to be on Package 5 to be able to use the TPO and Numbers Bars.
