I got volume based rollover set up.... I'm asking to load 5000 days worth of weekly candles.... yet, I get this:
http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=154758758527.png

It only loads back to Sep 2018... no matter how many days back I request to load... it always loads back to Sep 2018
This is historical chart, not intraday chart. I'm connected to IB trading service, and using SC real time Data feed service

please advise

I have all my symbols with customized settings, where I've changes the session times... If i do what you suggest, I will have to re do it all? Please advise? no other way around it? what's the root cause of the issue? how can I avoid the in the future? If I make a copy of the global symbol settings, then reload doing update from server, and then I bring back my symbol settings, would that work?

For some symbols you will have to re-update the Session Times and we will have that problem resolved in a future version.

We cannot think of any other way around this right now. You can certainly make a copy of the global symbol settings file. Refer to:
Global Symbol Settings: Making a Backup of Global Symbol Settings

But you cannot just restore the file, you would need to copy the relevant settings from that backup file into the updated GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file. And do that when Sierra Chart is not running.
