Dear Support,

how to restore info from Message Log and Trade Service Log after SierraChart was closed?
Is it possible to switch on record of info from MessageLog and TradeServiceLog into file?

You cannot but you can enable this option for next time:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)
