Hi I am getting an error code when opening up the program and a chartbook where the data is not being updated from the data feed with the above error message.
I only run into this issue when connected to this particular network at work and the data loads fine on my connection at home, which seems like there might be a firewall blocking some ports.

I tried the options to use port 443 for real time data and port 80 for historical data but that did not work. Any help would be really appreciated!

It is clear from these messages that either the IP address or port 443 is getting blocked somewhere on your side:

Hello,

Just wondering whether you ever managed to solve the problem as I have had the exact same experience today.

Moved to a new office and SC goes down with the similar connection issue. Got back home this evening and SC was working again. From reading documentation, it appears likely to be a firewall issue but still don't know how to resolve.

Any suggestions very welcome!
