fyi. in version 1856 one can not select (highlight) chart drawings. ie. can only click and move a Parallel Line (at the same time), but can not "select" Parallel Line by simply clicking it. Subsequently I rolled back install to 1852, and it is working correctly again. |

There definitively is not a problem with this. Make sure this option is disabled: Chart Drawing Tools: Support Drag For Chart Drawing Creation/Modification (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) If you do have that option enabled, the behavior is correct if this option is disabled: Chart Drawing Tools: Keep Chart Drawing Selected After Modification (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
