As of the New Year (best wishes to you all at Sierra), I'm no longer seeing anything but the inside price depth on either a Chart DOM or a Trade DOM. Other platforms (bookmap, Rithmic Trader) display the full depth as they have in the past. Data/Trade Service Settings is configured for Rithmic Trading, with Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds checked on. No change from last year. Has something changed @ Sierra with regard to Righmic beginning 2019? If not, where do you suggest I troubleshoot the missing order book depth on my end? |

There have been no changes. However, we see you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and you did not activate the CME exchange with depth. Book depth has been provided and displayed on Sierra charts by the Rithmic trade feed. Is there a reason why that would change?

No this is not true when using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This has never been the case.
