As of the New Year (best wishes to you all at Sierra), I'm no longer seeing anything but the inside price depth on either a Chart DOM or a Trade DOM. Other platforms (bookmap, Rithmic Trader) display the full depth as they have in the past. Data/Trade Service Settings is configured for Rithmic Trading, with Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds checked on. No change from last year. Has something changed @ Sierra with regard to Righmic beginning 2019? If not, where do you suggest I troubleshoot the missing order book depth on my end? |
