I know in the market stats you offer an advance decline ratio, but is there a, or a way to create an advance decline difference for the NYSE ?

Try looking at the NYSE Net Issues market stat (NISS-NYSE).

I'll use this post to avoid making a new one.
This has been discussed particularly about NYSE TICK, however this is regarding NYSE NISS and how it doesn't match to IQFEED, Tradestation or any other.

I will use an example from April 1, 2019.
Based on Sierra's NISS-NYSE the open value is +470, while IQFEED is about +1600 and Tradestation is +1400. This is a huge difference, not only in numbers but in the way it serves the purpose. If you look at the screenshots you will see how IQFEED on Ninja has a completely different chart shape in the morning. It basically looks like a down day. While Sierra looks very strong and never retested the open or the low of the day.
You say that your calculations are correct however it doesn't match anyone else and based on how the open is calculated makes it completely useless since many people use it for divergences, etc.

I hope you see how the two are different and maybe something can be done about this. I have to say that later in the day they mostly match in shape so the issue is just in the morning.
