Not able to get Exchange Data after performing the monthly login

This is the first time I have had to do this procedure. I followed instructions, but still get no data after selecting 'SC-All Services. Attached is a text doc. showing the Message Log for the whole process. Maybe you can determine why it does not work. The problem is you are using the wrong symbols. For example, you cannot use a CQG symbol like this: F.US.RTYH19. Yes, those are the wrong symbols, but among them were some correct ones as well. This was just a test Chart Book to enable me to log onto AMP Futures account since this is the first time I did this procedure, and did not want to mess up a trading CB. This was for the Monthly check in for a discount on CME symbols. Sorry for the confusion. PS. I was able to accomplish the task, so now will know what to do in future months.
