Dear Support Team,

I´m coming from testing Ninja Trader and looking into the future to avoid the obligation of Ninja Brokerage, getting great support and fully custom platform. I have to say that I´ve not been playing much time with Sierra, but already I think it´s AWESOME!

I´m sorry for the long post, but I´m looking for some confirmations.

1. I will put here my requirements, which are mostly confirmed all of them are present in Sierra, but please correct me if I´m wrong at any point:
- Point & Figure charts.
- Sound alerts when volume higher than X value.
- Quick button to flatten and cancel all filled and non-filled orders.
- 15 seconds charts.
- Drawing tools (rectangles, horizontal lines, rays...). Then Fibonacci Retracements, Extensions...

Not-sure that it´s possible:
- I haven´t found a way to autoscale a line within Volume Study. Meaning: I have an horizontal line in 300 for example. If the current view has a maximum volume of 100, the line won´t be present. I would like to see it always, so the volume would scale the line as it´s the minimum.
- I haven´t seen how you would configure the prize of for example Mini-DAX but in the same chart the volume of FDAX. This way I can work with mini-dax with the volume of the FDAX.

2. I´m still learning, and working mostly on reply. With your service package 3 should be enough as it has the historical exchange data feed included; could you confirm please?

3. I´m trading EUREX, specifically futures of mini-DAX and FDAX. Based on your "Year 2019 for Sierra Chart", I´m asking if you would be so kind to recommend me which broker you would be compatible in the future and also useful for me working on EUREX and based in Spain.

4. For all that I´ve read, I would like to get your real-time data feed as you seem to be very reliable, but the problem I see is that brokers are asking you to contract also their data feed (for example AMP which includes your platform, in the prizing webpage you can see you need to stick with another data feed). I would obviously like to avoid paying two data feeds... Any recommendation would be really really appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your great work and wish you the best during Christmas time.

1. This is all supported.

- I haven´t found a way to autoscale a line within Volume Study. Meaning: I have an horizontal line in 300 for example. If the current view has a maximum volume of 100, the line won´t be present. I would like to see it always, so the volume would scale the line as it´s the minimum.
Set both the Volume study and the Line study to an Automatic Scale Range:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting

- I haven´t seen how you would configure the prize of for example Mini-DAX but in the same chart the volume of FDAX. This way I can work with mini-dax with the volume of the FDAX.
Refer to:
Study/Price Overlay Study

2. Yes.

3. Whoever you want. The plans are not broker specific. They are clearing firm and broker neutral for the most part.

4. Just stay with the broker provided data feed for now. When we have our new order routing solution combined with the data feed, available, you can have a look at migrating over to that.

Thank you very much for your help, really useful.

It seems Interactive Brokers would be good option for me here. So I can (and must for IB) use your data feed and then having a well-known broker. Due to my lack of experience in the market I haven´t heard much about the rest of brokers. You really have great documentation about IB integration :)

Thanks!
