Futures Options - How to View Options Chain and Purchase?

I am interested in trading options however I can't seem to figure out where to view the option chain (which shows the pricing for the calls and puts). Is this available on Sierra Chart? Is it possible to purchase options with Sierra Chart? Thanks.
