Hello, I just have the following problem in my message log:

"Recieved HTTP data in DDF HD client for request ID that is not the current request. Ignoring."

1. I have checked the login information.
2. 2 or 3 times completely deleted SC and downloaded again.
3. But that does not help and no historical data is downloading.

What could be the solution for this case?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
