When replaying a chart and have the jump unit set to 01:00:00.000, it will jump forward 2 hours instead of 1 hour. If you jump backwards however, it will go backwards 1 hour.

It is really not possible for there to be some kind of a bug like this. There must be some other explanation for this.

We want you to replay just one chart and jump forward on just that same one chart and see what the result is. Maybe there is some sort of data time stamping error.

See attached video.

Before recording, I deleted and downloaded fresh data for GBPUSD.

Still an issue with a single chart. Let me know if I can provide further information.

The video is not helpful for us:
Support Board Posting Information: Do Not Post Videos Unless Requested!

There still must be some other explanation for the problem. There is not a problem like this which can exist and it is not reproducible.

The only reasonable explanation we have at this time is unknowingly you are clicking the jump forward button twice. The only thing we can do is add additional logging and see what is happening. Allow about a week for that assuming you still have the issue.

I can assure you that I am only clicking the button once. I can replicate it every time with GBPUSD. I have not been able to replicate it with other pairs I have tried and I am certainly not making this up to be a pest to you.

If there is a way I can make the video more helpful, please let me know. I can make it whatever resolution you want.

I will await the additional logging.

Yes we do believe you. We just put this out as only an explanation of the only thing we can come up with. But we know that is exceptionally unlikely.

We are going to add the logging in today.

The one other thing that we need is can you give us the Date and Time and time zone in the chart, when you jump forward by 1 Hour.

I can replicate it at any time on GBPUSD. I am presently testing it at 2018-12-03 05:00:01.

The timezone under Data/Trade Service Settings is UTC (+0 UTC).

The timezone under Chart Settings --> Advanced Settings is Use Global Time Zone.

Let me know if you need more info.

The additional logging we mentioned is going to be on version 1855 coming out in a day or two.

Also we still cannot reproduce this. We just tried again. And it makes no sense why there would even be such an issue.

I certainly can't explain it either.

I did however update to 1853 and can no longer duplicate the issue.

Okay that is good. We will consider this resolved. Nothing has changed from our side in this regard.
