I can replicate it at any time on GBPUSD. I am presently testing it at 2018-12-03 05:00:01. The timezone under Data/Trade Service Settings is UTC (+0 UTC). The timezone under Chart Settings --> Advanced Settings is Use Global Time Zone. Let me know if you need more info. |
