SC isn't displaying Fri data following contract join data rollover

According to data vendor, there are no issues with their data and the YMH19 data is there, it's complete and available for download.

Any ideas?

Deleted YMH19.scid to start over. Now the data for today starts when I make the file and no history for today back to Sunday trade?

Current Data Status:

I have intraday history through Thursday 12/13, nothing for Friday 12/14, Sunday 12/6 trade starts and ends as expected, and today's data for a 5 minute bar chart starts about 9:50am MST is Arizona, USA.

No data prior to 9:50???

Any help would be appreciated.

First of all, you are using a service which we no longer provide support for. This is the old Barchart connection. You really should get off of that connection.

Nevertheless, follow the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

My apologies if this is a duplicate. I thought I posted this log yesterday but I don't see it here now... so one more time. And for what it's worth I see the same missing data issues for other intraday charts: $SPX, ESH19, $NASX, CBOE, $VIX

We did test the historical data downloading from Barchart and we are not seeing any missing data:
