Configuration error

I logged in to my account this morning and then received a configuration error. I logged out and tried to re-open Sierra Charts and it then told me I have an invalid account number or password. Can you please resolve this before market opens at 9:30 EST.

None of my control bar settings that were customized are showing. Same thing happened last month. Is there a way to save my setting so I don't have to keep customizing it every time there is an error?

It sounds as though there may be access problems to the main configuration file (Sierra3.CFG).

First restore backup of the main configuration file:
Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

This will get you back to the prior configuration.
