new data Feed isn't working for me

I use IB AND IQFEED. I signed up for the CME feed and was approved. I closed IQFEED and when I create a new chart, it only pulls data from IB. I even installed sierra into a new folder and it still only pulls IB. I am prepaid on the software and I added some to to my credit balance. What am I doing wrong? Ok, It started working...for a while. I have 2 folders with separate sierra installs. I'm transitioning settings and such to the new folder. The data feed was working on both copies(not at the same time). But now it only works in the original installation. any ideas? |

Here you go.... I got it working again...not sure why. I think it has an issue with Daily/Weekly data. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Wait for the button to reenable and then press OK. Disconnect and reconnect the data feed with the commands on the File menu. We do see a problem with Historical Daily data with Interactive Brokers and package 1. We are sorting that out now. We do have the Historical Daily historical data downloading working properly now with Interactive Brokers and the new Sierra Chart futures data feed.
