I use IB AND IQFEED. I signed up for the CME feed and was approved. I closed IQFEED and when I create a new chart, it only pulls data from IB. I even installed sierra into a new folder and it still only pulls IB. I am prepaid on the software and I added some to to my credit balance. What am I doing wrong?
