starting position in 1 chartbook creates opposite position in a different chartbook

how do i break this link? for example, if i get long 1 ES contract, it will automatically go short 1 ES contract in a different chartbook.

Are you referring to simulated or non-simulated trading? Most likely simulated. Let us know.

Make sure you are also on the current version of Sierra Chart.

i upgraded to latest version and created a second simulation account...

BUT...when i check SIM1 it STILL creates the opposite position of the original SIM account.

is there a solution?

Can you attach screenshots of the Trade Positions quantity you see on each chart also showing the trade account identifier.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:
