HELLO. HAVE YOU GUYS CHECKED MY LOGS PLEASE ???? MY COMPUTER DOES NOT HAVE ANY ANTI-VIRUS OR ANY FIREWALL, IT'S ALL DISABLED, CUZ I USE DIFFERENT PROGRAMS TO REMOVE VIRUS BY MYSELF ETC, SO I DON'T NEED ANY OF THIS. SO IT'S NOT AN ISSUE OF FIREWALL. IT'S MAYBE SOME ISSUE AT BITMEX SIDE CUZ IT SEEMS THEY ARE REJECTING THE SIERRA CONNECTIONS TO THEIR SOCKET CUZ IT SAYS SOCKET GRACEFULLY CLOSED CONNECTION BLA BLA BLA SO HOW CAN WE RESOLVE THIS PLEASE ? |

The most recent log you posted in post #4 does show a successful connection to BitMex. So how do you conclude that you cannot connect? Sierra Chart is connected to BitMex. If you have further trouble, you might try generating a new API key at Bitmex (going through that process again).
