The most recent log you posted in post #4 does show a successful connection to BitMex. So how do you conclude that you cannot connect? Sierra Chart is connected to BitMex.

If you have further trouble, you might try generating a new API key at Bitmex (going through that process again). Previously we have seen where this was successful:
