I have been in touch with Rithmic support and my understanding is that all third parties use the same API and only Sierra have reported issues.

I am finding the connection disconnects relatively frequently and there are big gaps in depth levels at prices away from current bid ask.
I do not see any such gaps when I look at R Trader.

I am asking very kindly that you take a look at this as I am sure there is a large Rithmic user base here at Sierra and we would love to tell the world how fantastic Rithmic is inside Sierra.

1. Please look at the bridge as it is not showing all depth levels in ES and CL
2. Please let us log into Rithmic 01 - Singapore

For technical reasons there is not anything further we can do at this time. So if there is a poor impression with Rithmic in your particular case with Sierra Chart, that is the current state.

We see no connection problems at all connecting to the Rithmic Singapore server:

The above log shows the connection did work to the Rithmic Singapore server and we got a permission denied error because we do not have a live trading account.

You need to understand, that we are working on a new backend trading solution that is going to be superior to everything else and that is our focus.

You need to understand we cannot be chasing after all of these damn external service problems. We are working on something new and better.

And also the long-standing issue with Rithmic where Sierra Chart was connecting to an old what they call connect point for market data for the Rithmic 01 Chicago server, has been resolved in the current version of Sierra Chart. We are using the updated connect point. We were able to find a way to patch that particular issue and work around the technical limitation we have been facing now for about a year with Rithmic.

So as we understand the reason you are interested in Rithmic has to do with even more levels of depth, and eventually we can support that as well but it just takes more development.
