I currently subscribed to Sierra Chart CME with Market Depth for nonprofessionals and NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessionals data fees. I have the following questions:

1. Natural Gas (NG) futures only displays price ladder only 10 levels. Is this correct? My ES and CL, the displays more than 10 levels (See attachment)
2. I don't know how to fix the price on the price ladder chart as it is only displaying one price at $4.366. Can you assist with this issue? I don't have an issue with other price ladders such as ES NQ and CL.

3. YM (Dow futures) price ladder only shows one price level. Do I need additional subscriptions? (See attachment)
4. GC (Gold futures), I am not able to get real-time prices. What market data subscription is required?

1. Yes this is correct. There is not extended market depth for natural gas provided.

2. Not sure what the problem is. If you open a new chart for that symbol do you see the price scale? You might have a problem with the Scale Increment setting:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting

3, 4. You do not have active the exchanges for those symbols. You need CBOT and COMEX. Would be best just to activate the CME Group exchange and just get everything.

Regarding issue #2, I have attached the NG chartbook. The display price issue is on the numbered bar chart (right chart on the chartbook) Can you please take a look and let me know if you see an issue?

Your response regarding issue #4, I currently subscribed to Sierra Chart CME with Market Depth for nonprofessionals. Would the CME Group exchange data you are suggesting be an additional subscription? Can you include the link to the subscription page?

The problem is exactly as we thought. You need to set the Scale Increment for the main price graph to 0:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting

You just need to activate the CME Group exchange:

And cancel the others.

On the NG numbered bar chart (see chartbook attachment in prior response), I went to chart settings -> Main Settings and tried changing the Tick Size to 0 but it did not allow me. Any ideas why?

I was in the wrong place to change the settings. I went to main chart- right click -> Scale Settings and change Scale Increment to 0 and that seemed to fix the issue
