1. Yes this is correct. There is not extended market depth for natural gas provided. 2. Not sure what the problem is. If you open a new chart for that symbol do you see the price scale? You might have a problem with the Scale Increment setting: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting 3, 4. You do not have active the exchanges for those symbols. You need CBOT and COMEX.
