Everything is Resized upon Start-up

Anyone else have an issue where EVERYTHING is resized upon start-up. It's a jumbled mess of chart windows where my chart text is now 14 from 8, where I had it and saved it many time over, and consequently affecting my entire layout. Requiring me now to reconfigure everything instead of prep for the trading day!

In some cases this may be an operating system issue: Window Size and Position Not Restored When Opening Chartbook If the position of a detached chart window changes from where you saved it after reopening a Chartbook, we want you to use prerelease 1849 and see if that resolves the issue. We removed code, that detects if a chart is offscreen and moves it back on screen and that could be causing an unexpected problem.
