Hello, i am a new user of Sierra chart (a very wonderfull software) but the running safty and the connection to the datafeed is a problem, i have buy the datafeed (CME without bank account) an the eurex but it doesnt run and the softwar always crashes Thank you in advance for the help

What do you mean by "safty"? Tell us one of the symbols you are not receiving real-time data for.
