chartbook not fully populating text on dom and dropdown menus

Every once in a while my chartbook does not complete the loading process, leaving out text in my DOM and on drop down menus. See attached picture. I can still trade and all the buttons work but the text is not there.

closing and restarting Sierra charts does not work. The only fix is to reboot my computer.

This is the result of a resource problem on Windows. Close down as many programs as you can on your system and then restart Sierra Chart.

This has very frequently happened to me when loading a bunch of chartbooks automatically through "Files to open at startup". I have not had this problem since I deactivated this option, loaded Sierra Chart without chartbooks and then opened a corresponding chartbook group!

The problem has never been that too many other programmes were open because it was only ever Sierra Chart that I opened right after starting Windows. So whatever the problem (resources) was, it does not seem to occur when making loading Sierra Chart and the chartbooks a two-step process.
