This has very frequently happened to me when loading a bunch of chartbooks automatically through "Files to open at startup". I have not had this problem since I deactivated this option, loaded Sierra Chart without chartbooks and then opened a corresponding chartbook group! The problem has never been that too many other programmes were open because it was only ever Sierra Chart that I opened right after starting Windows. So whatever the problem (resources) was, it does not seem to occur when making loading Sierra Chart and the chartbooks a two-step process.
