Cannot make a trade on REAL time...

I discussed several times this issue with my broker Cannon Trading (John Thorpe is my broker) we check the data is active and I'm paying for it. We check the DTS and everything seems to be ok there. The pc runs on a windows 7 and has 8 gig of memory, I do not use the 64bit icon to login and there is no firewall on the pc as well. Please advise. Attached pic with the relevant screen. |

You need to set your correct Gain Capital trading account identifier in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >>Trade Account. This is where the problem is.

The error message you see in the Trade Service Log indicating an unknown account is from Gain Capital. You need to ask them why you are getting that with the Trade Account you are using . We do not know. This is not within our control.
