I discussed several times this issue with my broker Cannon Trading (John Thorpe is my broker) we check the data is active and I'm paying for it. We check the DTS and everything seems to be ok there. The pc runs on a windows 7 and has 8 gig of memory, I do not use the 64bit icon to login and there is no firewall on the pc as well.
Please advise.
