Problems downloading historical intraday data for FDXMZ18

When i try to re-download historical data for FDXMZ18 i get this in the message log: No historical data client is currently set to download historical Intraday data for FDXMZ18. \| 2018-11-21 15:15:42 Did try it with V1842 and V1846 but no change. Also did a full reset on symbol database. Redownload (Delete and Download Data) works for ESZ18. Connected to GAIN-Demo.

yes its there. Just tested on a different PC with 1842. Same error message even after Global Symbol Settings -> Update from Server. We have determined the problem and this is now resolved. When we were testing previously we were using a different EUREX symbol. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
