never had this happen but keep getting download failed when I open any chartbook...I gives me most recent data but wont backfill anything since Friday afternoon...some charts work some dont if I create a new chartbook it is hit or miss whether the data downloads not sure if this is SC or IQfeed problem...running sc 961 thanks |

This sounds like a problem on the IQ Feed side. What you need to do is exit from the IQ Feed client software. To do this, right click on the DTN icon on your system taskbar and select Exit. After this, Sierra Chart will automatically reconnect. If not select File >> Connect to Data Feed.
