disconnecting from IB

over the last week or so Sierra Charts continuously disconnects from my IB feed. I haven't changed either program setup. I am attaching a copy of a log from this afternoon, I have tried the suggestions in your support docs to no avail.

It causes an error like this:

Message from IB: Error validating request:-'bN' : cause - Currency 35 is not allowed. IB Error Code: 321. Request ID: 3. Symbol: AA-OPT-20181109-35-C. | 2018-11-07 15:48:20

We will fix this from our side. We will have a new release out in a day or two.

You are also tracking too many symbols:
Message from IB: Max rate of messages per second has been exceeded:max=50 rec=731 (1). IB Error Code: 100. Request ID: 1. Symbol: ES-201812-GLOBEX. | 2018-11-07 15:48:20
Maybe this relates to Sierra Chart subscribing to data for the profit/loss calculations.

You are not running the latest prerelease. You need to update to the prerelease. You are running version 1837. You need 1838.

In version 1838 there is actually a new issue with symbol processing for Interactive Brokers which arose with the resolution of the prior problem, and this has now been resolved

We are releasing version 1839. This will be out in about 10 minutes.
