Connection Issue

I'm having an issue with connecting to Interactive Broker.

Attached is my Message Log and also a screen shot. The Sierra Chart message flashes Green Df:0 and then back to yellow every few seconds.

I would like to set up a time for phone support. We are fine paying the .75 per minute.

Based upon what we see in the Message Log it does not make sense that you would see a successful connection indicated by the green Status window and then a disconnection.

First thing we want you to do is to update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

This will not solve the connection issue. But we still want you to have that version and then we can contact you.

I just did the following:

- Downloaded the most current version of Sierra Chart (1836)

- Activated the 500 symbol feed

- Updated my phone number in the data feed.

Are there times you can connect tomorrow? 7:30 am CA would be ideal.

We tried calling multiple times today, and got voicemail. It was not possible to leave a message, as the mailbox is full.

I apologize, i didn't realize that was you calling! Typically, it's telephone-marketers calling from numbers I don't recognize.

Is it possible to schedule a time to connect? Anytime after 1pm today or most of tomorrow is wide open. thanks!

Max was super helpful and got it working, but when I re-opened TWS and SC this evening, the problem started again. Attaching screenshots and log.
