Use the Volume by Price study:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_VolumeByPrice.html

The study has an input to enable the highlighting of the Point of Control.

You will want to set the Volume Graph Period Type input to One Period of Fixed Bar Count. Set the Number of Bars for Fixed Bar Count input to what you require.

The point of control is changing throughout the day. Is there a way to have a line drawn for the prior point of control area once it has changed?

Thank you so much for your assistance. Looks like I already had the option on yes. However, I still don't see where it identify's the last point of control before it changed to the final point of control. I looked at the Chart values window and chart value tools both only show the final POC for day but not lets say what was the POC at 12 noon before it changed. Or the largest percentage of volume before the final POC is the last POC is what the study shows?

We think you are referring to "Standard Deviation Bands" as noted in the Input for Calculate Mean Price and Standard Deviation Bands. Refer to the information for this Input that explains how to view the information, at the following link:
