Hello,
I received some chartbooks that have autoscroll activated and i can't find how to deactivate it. Whenever a new bar prints i get sent to the end of the chart/current price when i don't need to. Where are the settings, please.

Grazie Mille!

Is it possible the chart that is auto scrolling is linked to another chart? Check the Advanced 2 tab under Chart Settings, if the chart in question is linked to another chart and chart scrolling is selected, uncheck it and see if that fixes your issue.

The way that we interpreted this, is that when the last bar in the chart is displayed, you wanted to prevent it from going to the next bar when there is a new bar. There is no way to prevent this. But if the chart is scrolled back by just even one bar that will not happen.

Are you using the Chart Values tool when you have the problem?

well it seems to be bouncing forward when i'm scrolled back by more than one bar. not using chart values tool. not to be tedious but its like in MT4 you can scroll back in time and analyze previous bars and when new bars are printed you dont get bounced forward to the current new bar unless you have the autoscroll option selected. now its possible the orderflow numbers bar template i received has "autoscroll" selected but i cant find anyway to deselect it. thanks for the response & the awesome software..i can keep using disconnect for the time being.

This is something that we never have reported to us. There is no such feature as an auto scroll.

But we think we understand probably what is happening. You probably have enabled Chart Linking for the chart and have it set to link the Scroll Position. Disable that. Here is the documentation for this:
Working With Charts: Chart Linking

Let us know if that was the issue. If not, it must be something else. May be a custom study but that would be the only other idea.
