Chartbook Loading Issue

Yesterday my sierra charts just went gray and stopped functioning. So I shut it down. Now I can open Sierra Charts but the chartbooks don't open. They jam up at various percentages of opening. So heres the last portion of the message log. What is the 443 error? It looks like it's connecting fine, but then it's "closed by remote side"? This happened one time before but then it just started working again.Please advise

Your analysis of the problem is incorrect. All of those messages are irrelevant. We recommend just starting a new Chartbook. The basic problem you are experiencing is documented here:
