How to Post a Message for Support

Point and Figure Charting Study doesn't seem to work

I have tried several ways to use the point and figure charting and the only way I can get it to show up is by using Chart Settings > then selecting the point and figure options there. There is no other information about this study however. Is there any other support information available.
